Good post.I have quit smoking a few years ago.Besides the fresh breath, I am more energetic.And don't forget minimising cancer-risk and savings of money as I need not purchase the cigarettes.

Great Post. My smoking cessation started with an abrupt end of sanity ;)
It was followed by coughing and general grumpiness.
But I tried natural treatments to compensate using:
-exercise
-meditation
-chewing gum and straws
I'm happy to say I'm still smoke free, 5 years later.
